Welcome to FluentDeutsch Language Academy. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our educational website (fluent-deutsch.co.ke), interactive software applications, and pedagogical resources.
1. Intellectual Property & License
All interactive lessons, original audio immersion recordings, dialogue scripts, grammar explanations, and study curricula are the exclusive intellectual property of FluentDeutsch Language Academy. Students receive a revocable, non-commercial license for personal language acquisition.
2. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
